We collect registration details, demographic and intake responses, voice recordings, generated transcripts, and platform interaction events required to operate the research workflow.
Your data is used to run voice-based assessments, generate research classifications, validate model performance, and support approved research analysis. We do not use your data to provide clinical diagnosis or therapy.
Voice recordings are securely stored and may be processed by automated speech-to-text systems and approved AI classifiers. Trained research reviewers may access de-identified transcripts and recordings for quality validation.
We protect data using encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, and restricted administrative access aligned with research and HIPAA-sensitive operational practices.
We do not sell participant data. De-identified research data may be shared with authorized collaborators for academic validation, publication, or compliance activities under appropriate controls.
Research data is retained according to study and compliance requirements. You may request withdrawal and deletion where legally and operationally permitted, subject to de-identified data already included in aggregate research outputs.
For privacy requests or questions about how your information is handled, contact the research administrator listed in your study invitation or use the support channel provided in the platform.
